Collierville, Memphis and Shelby County all require prompt removal from property other than the owner’s. Germantown adds a standing duty about the condition of your own lot. A violation of the animal chapter is a misdemeanor, and Sec. 1-10 sets the penalty at a fine not exceeding $500.00 for each violation, with each day treated separately.
